You do not need a big team or a big AI project. A tradesperson can use AI to turn site notes into a draft quote; a local business can use it to prepare replies or sort enquiries. We help choose a useful task, set up the tools and show you how to check the result.
For larger teams, we build custom Claude integrations and assistants connected to business documents and systems. We agree what they can access and do, where someone must approve an action, and how to check that the tool is actually helping.
The work
Observe the task, its inputs and its failure modes. Select a use case where assistance is valuable and the boundaries can be explained.
Connect the chosen capability to the right systems and information, with access controls and a clear route back to the source.
Fit the tool into the team's workflow, explain what it can and cannot do, and give people a practical way to report problems.
Define who checks outputs and when. Higher-impact decisions keep an accountable person in control.
Compare the result with the original task: quality, time, corrections, confidence and whether people continue to use it.
In practice
Staff often ask an experienced colleague because the answer is somewhere in a folder they cannot easily search. That slows down routine questions and makes new starters dependent on whoever is available.
We connect an assistant to approved policies, guides and procedures, respecting the access each person already has. Answers link back to the source so staff can check the wording. When the information is missing or conflicting, the assistant flags the gap and points to the person who can resolve it.
A tradesperson finishes a visit with measurements, photos and a voice note, then has to turn them into a clear scope of work. AI can help with that writing without being trusted to invent the price.
The workflow turns the notes into a draft description, highlights missing details and matches agreed items to your rate list. You check quantities, exclusions and figures before anything is sent. The aim is to spend less time typing up the visit while keeping the decisions about the job with you.
A team preparing customer updates may need to read a CRM record, check project notes and find the latest correspondence. Copying all of that into a separate chat creates extra work and loses context.
We connect Claude to the approved information it needs for that task. It can pull together a summary or prepare an update within the existing workflow, with links back to the records. Access is limited by role, and actions such as changing a record or sending a message can require approval before they happen.
What you can expect:
Source code, accounts, hosting, maintenance and intellectual property are agreed for the project, with access and responsibilities made clear before handover.
